With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Troy Tucker of Granite Falls, North Carolina, who passed away on August 31, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Evans Tucker and Minnie Melton Tucker; his children, Cassandra Lynn Tucker and Craig Steven Tucker; his sisters, Martha Ann Yount and Minnie Louise Wilson; and his children, Troy Allen Lineberger and Carrie Tucker Benoit of Hickory.
He is survived by: his wife Janis Fennel Tucker; his grandchildren, Richie O. Benoit III and Rachel Katherine Benoit; and his siblings, R. Wayne Tucker (Margaret) of Winnabow, NC, Robert Leo Tucker (Judy) of Granite Falls, Norma Tucker McFarlin of Hickory, Sylvia Tucker Townsend (Lloyd) of Winston and Ron Allen Tucker (Scharlene) of Taylorsville, NC.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grace Chapel United Methodist Church, 4336 Grace Chapel Road, Granite Falls, NC 28630.
