It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Dula of Granite Falls, North Carolina, who passed away on January 3, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harley and Margaret Dula; her brothers, Isaac Smith, James Dula and Roger Dula; her nephew Wes Lunsford; her niece Elaine Hayes Dula; and her brother-in-law Thomas Lunsford.
She is survived by: her fiancé Jim Loebig of Summerfield, FL; her children, Keith Icard (Dede) of Buffalo, NY, Kenneth Icard (Eric Young) of Hickory, Kevin Bryant of San Antonio, TX and Kathy George (Tim) of Tampa, FL; her grandchildren, Cassie Icard, Jennifer Icard, Lauren Bryant (Tyler Markel), Destiny Vanacore (Robert), Hope Gasch (Tim) and Faith George; her great grandchildren, Bennett Reese Markel, Elliott Gasch and Oliver Gasch; and her sisters, Linda Lunsford, Brenda Gilbert and Mary Spencer.
