She is survived by: her children, Shannon Curley of Granite Falls and Sam Baston (Joan) of Hudson; her grandchildren, Erica Baston-Strickland (Billy) of Lenoir, Tyler Curley of Granite Falls and Mackenzie Curley of Granite Falls; her great grandchildren, Lucy Marie Baston-Strickland and Colson Scott Curley; and her siblings, Joann Sparks (Kenneth) of Spruce Pine, June Stafford of Matthews, Jean Kay Reese (Gary) of Granite Falls, Gwyn Ward and Tim Ward (Michelle) of Bakersville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
