He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Estes and Donnie Mathes Estes; and his siblings, Doris Lee Estes Harrold, Stephen Estes and Dale Estes.
He is survived by: his sisters, Bobbie Frances E. Curtis of Granite Falls and Annie Rose E. Beal of Granite Falls; and his sisters-in-law, Nell Faye Estes of Newnan, Georgia and Rebecca Fisher Estes of Granite Falls.
