She was predeceased by: her husbands, Dallas Wayne Cook and Fred Lee Stafford; and her siblings, Linda B. Shew, Gwen B. Alford and Charles Barlow.
She is survived by: her son Dallas Wayne Cook II (April); her grandchildren, Iva and Dallas III; her daughter Sandie Stafford Bolick; her grandchildren, Richard Bolick II, Kayleigh and Cody Bolick (Taylor); her great grandchild Josie; her siblings, Bobbie B. Holloman and Clinton Barlow (Gail); and her friend Jerry Reid.
