She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Crump and Rosa Greene Crump; her husband J. D. Storie; her son Sheldon Storie; and her siblings, Max Crump, Paul Crump, Hazel Laws and Clara Dean Walsh.
She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Johnson (Charlie) of Pawleys Island, SC; her adoptive daughter Dama Crews (Steve) of Greensboro; her sister Barbara Crowe of Lenoir; her sister-in-law Betty Crump of Lenoir; her grandchildren, Bobby Storie (Julie) of Morganton, Brandy Storie Knox of Granite Falls and Aaron Storie; her great grandchild Dalton Storie; her sister-in-law Theresa Lail Storie; and her pet Roxi.
Due to COVID-19 face masks and social distancing will be required.
