It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Joseph Glass Jr. (Granite Falls, North Carolina), who passed away on November 25, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Joseph Glass Sr. and Eugenia Mae Johnson Glass; and his sister Peggy Connelly Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Mary Glass of Granite Falls; his children, Paul Joseph Glass III of Hickory, James Glass (Terri) of Lincolnton, Timothy Glass of Charlotte, Angela Glass of Hickory, Missy Glass of Hickory and Karen Isbell (Maurice) of Granite Falls; and his brothers, Leroy Glass of Morganton and John Henry Glass (Savannah) of Granite Falls. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
The family also respectfully requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to American Diabetes Association at P.O. Box 7023 Merrifield, VA 22116.
