Though Patsy Settlemyre Hilton may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Levi Settlemyre Sr. and Ruth Kirby Settlemyre; her brother Ralph R. L. Settlemyre Jr.; and her husbands, Steve Hilton Sr. and Richard Gilbert.
She is survived by: her son Steve Hilton (Alexis) of West Deptford, N. J.; her granddaughter Samantha "Sammie" Hilton; and her siblings, Angie Reid (Jerry) of Granite Falls and Reggie Settlemyre of Newton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bass-Smith Granite (106 S Main St, Granite Falls, NC 28630). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
