It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Killian Hawkins of Granite Falls, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on July 28, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ransom Atwell Killian Sr. and Bonnie Marie Hubbard Killian; her son Roy D. Hawkins; and her siblings, Junior Killian and Joyce Killian Brinkley.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Dean Hawkins; her daughters, Karen Hawkins of Granite Falls and Robyn Hawkins of Granite Falls; and her brother Ransom Atwell Killian Jr. of Hickory. She is also survived by four grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
