He is survived by: his granddaughter Jacqueline Olivia Extine; his nephew Randy Ramsey; his daughters, Karen Smith Allen (Jeff) and Peggy Smith Messick (Terry); his granddaughter Heather Extine Diaz (Tim Potter); his great grandchild Mykiah; his grandson William E. Extine, Jr. (Courtney); his great grandchild Amanda; and his sisters, Pauline Smith Day and Maecile Smith Ramsey. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, church members, friends and neighbors.
