With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Duffey Story of Granite Falls, North Carolina, who passed away on March 30, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearlee Duffey and Nelson Duffey; her brothers, Paul Duffey, Melvin Duffey and Rick Duffey; her nephew Jeff Duffey; and also Jack Story.
She is survived by: her children, Judith Melton (Kirk), Lisa Callaway (Mike), David Shoun (Angie) and Jonathan Shoun; her grandchildren, Amanda Abernathy (Chad), Lindsay Wright (Matthew), Kyle Melton, Jerrod Melton (Kenny), Ryan Callaway and Noah Shoun; and her siblings, Naomi Burns, June Duffey, Otis Duffey (Norma), John Duffey (Doris) and Mike Duffey (Darlene). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Amorem, 525 Pine Mtn.
