She was predeceased by: her parents, Dexter David Lail and Mary Coodie Benfield Lail; her husband Perry Sayles; her siblings, Sam Lail, Clifford Lail and Helen Lail; and her granddaughter Heidi Sayles.
She is survived by: her children, Mark E. Sayles and Tammy Sayles; her grandson Hunter Sayles; and her siblings, Harold Lail (Dorothy), David Lail and Joyce Ann Lail. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and special friends.
