She is survived by: her children, Thomas "Butch" Smith (Kay), Michael Smith (Margaret), Deborah Annas, Adrey Annas (Dick), Janet Webb and Linda Kurian (Kevin); and her sisters, Suzie Blount and Doris Konhele.
