We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2021, at the age of 82, Lillie Johnson (Granite Falls, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Griffin and Virginia Sigmon Griffin; her husband Dean Harvey Johnson, Sr.; and her sisters, Bobbie Griffin Seagle and Joan Ellen Griffin Coffey.
She is survived by: her pets, Grayce and Trixie; her children, Rev. Michele Johnson Shadden (Tammy) and Dean Harvey Johnson Jr. (Sherry); her grandchildren, Dean H. Johnson, III (Melinda Cone), Ashleyanna Joosten (Dylan), Jessie Johnson, Sr. (Hannah), Reggie Johnson (Micah), Grace Johnson, Christina Johnson (Alan Whitesell) and Stephen Johnson; her great grandchildren, Jessie Johnson, Jr. and Owen Johnson; her sisters, Ava Griffin Smith (Dale) and Lucy Griffin Haskett; her nephew Robbie Haskett; and her close friend Leann Mise. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
