With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lawrence Leonard Richards (Granite Falls, North Carolina), who passed away on January 27, 2019 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Shelvia Dula Richards; and his son Fred Laverne Richards. He is survived by: his sons, Bryson Richards of Hudson, NC and Stewart Richards (Teresa) of Hudson, NC; his sister Lois Pennell of Morganton, NC; his grandchildren, Benjie Richards (Summer) of Lenoir, Robin Laxton (Steven) of Lincolnton, NC, Josh Richards of Granite Falls and Brad Richards of Lenoir, NC; and his great grandchildren, Kaleb Laxton of Lincolnton, Kayla Laxton of Lincolnton, Darby Maie Richards of Lenoir, Xander Richards of Granite Falls, Adisyn Richards of Lenoir and Lindsay Griffin of Hudson.
