He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Ray and Pamela Greer Surber; his wife Caren Carter Surber of Hudson; his son Christian Ray Surber of Granite Falls; and his siblings, Myron Lester Surber (Kimberly) of Clemmons, NC and Rachel Surber McNeil of Granite Falls.
Due to COVID-19 a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
