She is survived by: her children, Crystal Burchette, Curt Burchette Jr. of Granite Falls, Dylan Turner of Granite Falls and Edward Benfield; her grandchild Lydea Benfield of Hudson; and her siblings, Joyce Bell (Troy "Smokey") of Taylorsville, Jennie Houck of Granite Falls, Jerry Mecimore, David Mecimore and Tim Mecimore (Sandra) of Hiddenite. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
