She was predeceased by: her parents, Tarence H. Isenhour and Lucy Irene Mitcham Isenhour; her husband Richard E. Cordes, Sr.; her daughter Sherrie Garavaglia; and her siblings, Cleat "Skip" Isenhour and Sheila Cannon.
She is survived by: her children, Richard E. Cordes, Jr. of Burke County, Darius Cordes of Caldwell County and Tina Cordes (KathyDillard) of Wilkes County; her siblings, Jake Icenhour (Priscilla) of Caldwell County and Joann Dula (Charles) of Caldwell County; and her grandchildren, Carson Cordes (Alexis Huff), Candice Schronce (Caleb), Joseph Garavaglia and Chrissy Robinson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
