She was predeceased by: her father Vester Bolick; her son Brian Keith Chapman; her brother Paul Bolick; and her grandmother Bumgarner. She is survived by: her husband Rev. Albert "Dick" Chapman; and her granddaughters, Abigail Chapman and Samantha Chapman.
