He was predeceased by: his parent Boyd Wilburn Curtis; his siblings, Guthrey Curtis, Joe Curtis, Charles Curtis and Betty Curtis Fox; and his grandson Jones Jason Curtis.
He is survived by: his parent Violet Early Curtis; his spouse Colleen Hoyle Curtis; his children, Jones Jeffery Curtis (Deborah) of Granite Falls, Charles Edward Curtis (Kathy) of Granite Falls, Paul Scott Curtis (Denise) of Davidson, NC and Robin Curtis Greene (Dan) of Granite Falls; and his siblings, Jack Curtis of Granite Falls and Sandra Frye of Lake Worth, FL.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.
