It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jesse Jones of Granite Falls, North Carolina, who passed away on June 6, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Burnell Vassar and Ruby Mae Vassar; and her grandson David Martin Smyth IV. She is survived by: her husband Steve Jones; her children, Lisa Simmons, Ronda Belvin and Angie Ellis; her grandchildren, Amanda Koons, Jeremy Belvin, Skyler Smith, Tomy Ellis and Ty Ellis; and her great grandchildren, Charlotte Smyth and Jaxon Koons.
