He was predeceased by: his parents, James Woodrow Arnett and Martha Marie Robbins Arnett. He is survived by: his siblings, Elsie Woodruff (David), Linda Whisnant, Nellie Greene, Dennis Arnett (Tina) and Cecil Arnett; and his half-sisters, Stephanie Higgins, Lora Stines and Anne Shatley.

Memorials in his honor may be made to the charity of one's choice.
