He is survived by: his parent Fred Everette Bolick; his wife Cathy Chapman Bolick; his daughter Wendy Varnadoe; his stepdaughter Amanda Cook; his siblings, Rebecca Mitchum of Granite Falls, Judy McLean, Donald Bolick of Rhodhiss and Jack Bolick, Sr.; and his grandchildren, Destiny Bentley of Vale, Asia Varnadoe of Vale, Bethany Walker of Vale, Lindsey Cook of Vale, Nora Cline of Vale, Avery Cook of Vale, Kyle Walker of Vale and Nathan Cline of Vale. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his honor to Calvary Advent Christian Church, 1330 Delwood Dr., SW, Lenoir, NC 28645.
