Jackie Smith Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2022, at the age of 74, Jackie Smith (Granite Falls, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jake Sterkel and Ruby Sterkel; her sons, Michael Kaveny (Tessa Kaveny), Scott Adam Kaveny of Park City and Kelly Andrew Kaveny of Margate, FL; and her siblings, Sharon Gardner of Kerrville, TX and Ron (Roy) of Loveland, CO. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her memory to Carolina Caring (Hospice), 3975 Robinson Rd. Newton, NC 28658 – memo stating: J.Smith.
