With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ima Jean McNeely Callahan (Granite Falls, North Carolina), born in Cleveland, North Carolina, who passed away on November 14, 2019 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur McNeely and Evealena Hastings McNeely; her husband Sammy Eugene Callahan; and her siblings, Harold Hastings, Floyd McNeely, Claude McNeely, Annie May, Helen Isenhour and Marie Putman.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Gibson (Robert) of Hickory, Jerry McNeely (JoAnn) of Connelly Springs, Arthur Callahan of Hickory and Michael Callahan (Cheryl) of Hickory. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.
