She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence M. Lyons and Lela Moretz Lyons; her son Norman Luther Norris; her granddaughter Melissa Renee Norris; her brothers, Charles Lyons, Donald Lyons and Eugene Lyons; and her sisters-in-law, Carolyn Lyons and Wilma Lyons.
She is survived by: her sons, Clay Norris (Deborah), Jerry Norris of Hudson and Jody Norris (Gail) of Lenoir; her brothers, James Lyons (Peggy) of Boone, Earnest Lyons of Lenoir and Doyle Lyons (Brenda) of Christiansburg; her sisters-in-law, Lucienne Lyons of Lenoir and Rachel Lyons of Mooresville; her grandchildren, Lori Jinkerson of Hudson, NC, Christopher Norris of Norfolk, Tyler Auton of Marion and Melissa Spears (Chris) of Lenoir, NC; her great grandchildren, Mason Webb, Emily Jinkerson, Tyler, Trenton Auler, Jody and Kara Spears; and her great great grandchild Kannon Spears. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and special caring friends.
