He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Blevins and Bertha Blevins; his wife Kay Blevins; and his siblings, Fred Blevins, Ted Blevins of Ed Blevins, J. C, Carolyn Blevins and Joann Blevins Canipe.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Blevins of Hickory, NC and Melissa Rabon (Tim) of Midland, NC; his sister Mary B. McCracken of Hickory, NC; and his grandchildren, Mitch Rabon of Raleigh, NC, Grace Rabon of Midland, NC and Sarah Rabon of Midland, NC.
