He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Matthew Holland, Sr. and Dorcas Harris Holland; his son Eugene Matthew Holland, III; and his brother Gerald W. Holland. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Bisanar Holland; his son David Michael Holland (Amber Ebert) of Vale; and his brother Donald Ray Holland of Savannah.
