He was predeceased by: his parent Walter Brock Griffin. He is survived by: his parent Iona Mae Bowman Griffin; and his siblings, Kenneth (Barbara) of Southport, NC, Gerald (Ingunn) of Lenoir, Larry (Deenie) of Granite Falls and Janice Griffin. He is also survived by two nieces and 4 nephews.
