He is survived by: his children, Martin Bolick (Arlene) of Chicago, IL, Joelle Kuhlman (Charles) of Greensboro, NC and Heather Bolick of Greensboro, NC; his stepson Tony Helton of Granite Falls; his grandchildren, Landon Kuhlman, Parker Kuhlman and Avery Bolick; and his stepgrandchildren, Kati Helton, Hunter Helton and Kelli Helton.
