With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emma Jean Burrows of Granite Falls, North Carolina, born in Harrisville, New York, who passed away on August 27, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Stafford, Sr. and Emma Luther Stafford; her husband George Burrows; her daughter Judith Kayhart; and her siblings, Thomas Stafford, Sidney Stafford, Jr., Samuel Stafford and Rachael Hudson.
She is survived by: her son John Burrows (Loretta) of Granite Falls; her siblings, Timothy Stafford, Mary Stafford, Ruth Hart, Faith Stafford and Naomi Bouer; and her grandchildren, Dustin Kayhart, Justin Burrows, Tiffany Mathews (Kendrick), Frank Burrows, Michael Burrows and Jennifer Burrows. She is also survived by three great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
