He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Lewis Lyon and Joyce Yount Lyon. He is survived by: his son Brett Lyon (Kalli Hormell) of Hickory; and his siblings, Rebecca Houston (Michael) of Hickory and Lee Lyon (Sandra) of Hickory. He is also survived by two aunts, numerous nieces and nephews, and one grandchild.
