He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Annas and Dick Annas of Lovelady Township; and his brothers, Carson Annas and Richard Annas. He is survived by: his wife Frances Barbara LeFevers; his daughter Vicki Annas Vanderlinden (Nathan Moehlmann) of Granite Falls; his grandson Chad Hartley Vanderlinden; his great grandchild Haywood Vernon Hartley of Hickory; his granddaughter Morgan Link Vanderlinden (Brad Domonousky) of Atlanta, Georgia; and his siblings, Larry Annas (Pam Annas) of Orlando, Florida and Barbara Teague (Kenny Teague) of Granite Falls.
