She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Albert Marshall and Mary Elizabeth Marshall; and her siblings, Jennie Tucker, Ina-Kay Brittan, Jerry Marshall, Albert Marshall and Allen Marshall.
She is survived by: her sisters, Willa May Bailey and Ann Marshall Gragg; her children, Deborah Mounts, Elaine Starr (Dale) and David Icard (Debbie); her grandchildren, Jason Burke, Kelly Burke, Heather Riddle (Chuck Nalbach), Shane Starr (Rose Marie), Calebb Icard (Amber) and Megan Icard (Joseph Bailey); and her great grandchildren, Ashley Burke, Kyle Slighton, Kalebb Slightom, Natalie Riddle, Jonathan Riddle, Tyler Starr, Seina Starr, Aleah Starr, Gabriel Icard and Lily Icard. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
