He was predeceased by: his parent Cleta Mae Richardson; and his brother Greg Richardson. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Dugger; his children, Matthew Lynn Dugger (Heather) of Salem, VA and Faith Elizabeth Richards of Morganton; his siblings, Jackie Barnes (Arnold), Christopher Edwards (Tracy) and Michael Edwards (Jean); his grandchildren, Chris Watson of Asheville, Eli Dugger of Salem, VA, Nate Dugger of Salem, VA, Ben Dugger of Granite Falls, Klaresa Mae Richards and Elizabeth Sue Richards of Morganton; and his great grandchild Silyna Hallie McDowell-Thomas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
