He is survived by: his daughter Betty Cottrell (John); and his grandchildren, Derrick Crump, Peyton Crump, Cathy Crump, Crystal Crump, Michael LeFever, Kaitlyn LeFever, Samantha Nicole Minton, Austin Crump, Leane Crump, Michael Holsclaw, Roger Holsclaw, Millie Crump and Levi Crump.
