She is survived by: her children, Jake Bitner (Brittany Siebenhaar) and Jordan Adamson; her grandchildren, Jaxson Bitner and Tiana; her parents, Carole Kozlowski and Ted Schwalm; her siblings, Kimberley Graves, Michelle Schultz (Jesse), Jessica Kozlowski and Michael Schwalm; and her nieces and nephews, Stephanie Rafferty, Janet Rafferty, Savannah Schwalm, Mallorie, David Graves (Yayoi), Logan Starcher, Michael, Kaleb and Aurora. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
