He is survived by: his wife Marie Parham; his children, Amy Goins (Tim) of Sawmills, Tina Wynn (Richard) of Hudson, Cindy Parham of Granite Falls, Paula Boles (Dale) of Granite Falls and Ralph "Buddy" Parham of Granite Falls; and his siblings, Ray Parham and Willa Deane Roberts of Granite Falls. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
