He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruel Heavener and Ellen Heavener; and his brother Michael Heavener. He is survived by: his children, Mitchell Heavener (Cheyenne), Nicholas Heavener (Siobhan) and Teresa Heavener; his granddaughter Wren Heavener; and his siblings, Donna Coffey and David Heavener.
