He was predeceased by: his father Edison Bugg Hardee. He is survived by: his children, Erin Hardee Ogburn (Christopher) and John Daniel Hardee (Danielle); his grandchildren, Ophelia Hardee and Juniper Ogburn; his siblings, Debbie Scarberry (Eddie Lail) and Tim Hardee (Karen); his nieces, Alicia Price (Shaun Dennis), Amanda Gilliland (Richard), Kristen Dietz (Jason) and Angela Scarberry (Brad Pennell); his nephew Brad Hardee (Rachel); and his close friend Gwen Longshore. He is also survived by eight great-nieces and nephews.
