He was predeceased by: his mother Judy Dancy Billings; his wife Tracy Mathis Billings; and his sister Judy Hall. He is survived by: his father Clyde Billings of Traphill; his daughter Courtney Paige Billings; his stepchildren, Eli Rash and Bailey Rash; and his siblings, Clyde Billings (Lisa) of Lenoir, Carl Billings (Shannon) of Traphill and Teeny Hall of Lenoir. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
