He was predeceased by: his parent Milas Theodore; his wife Willow Mae Perry; his grandson Adam W. Klutz; his son-in-law William J. Klutz; and his sisters, Frankie Smith, Inez Palmer, Ruth Miller and Helen Laughter.
He is survived by: his parent LaRue Wilson Perry; his children, Sheila Klutz Perry (Gregory) of Granite Falls and David Charles Perry (Jill) of Forest City; and his grandchildren, Jordan Waters, Jeremiah Perry and Katie Biddle. He is also survived by three great grandchildren and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
