He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William Howard "Pune" Tugman, Sr. and Pauline Bowers Tugman; his son Charles Woodard; his cousins, Maurice Bowers, Tiwain Isbell and Wezley "Smurf Tugman; and his stepfather Charles Woodard.
He is survived by: his mother Linda Tugman Perkins; and his aunts and uncles, Steve Bowers (Denise) of Morganton, Bobby Tugman Robertson of Asheville, Pete Tugman of Lenoir, Repete Tugman (Terry) of Lenoir, Nancy Tugman of Goldsboro, Shirley Moore of Hudson and Diane Tugman of Lenoir. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
