He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Hendrickson (Joan); and his parents, Dorothy Hendrickson (Dot) and Charles Hendrickson (Mickey). He is survived by: his children, Beth Young (Jonathan Young) of Newton and Daniel Crisologo (Ray) of Snohomish, Washington; his brother Richard Hendrickson; his grandsons, Nicholas Rotenberry (Alison) of Clayton, NC, Bradley Rotenberry of Asheville, NC, Alex Young of Marion, NC and Galvin Crisologo of Snohomish, Washington; his nieces, Lisa (Gary) of Brick, NJ, Suzanne Edwards (Jack) of Felton and Michelle Wise (Mark) of Magnolia, Delaware; and his cousin Cathy Adler (Dale) of Palmer, Alaska. He is also survived by many other cousins and friends.
