He was predeceased by: his parent Cecil Marshall; his son Burel Walter Marshall Jr.; and his siblings, Wayne Marshall, Larry Marshall, Randy Marshall, Tinker Marshall and Wanda Nelson.
He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Benfield Marshall; his spouse Judith McGuire Marshall; his children, Kimberly McGee (Derrin) of Connelly Springs and Tony Marshall (Trish) of Connelly Springs; his granddaughter Hailey Carter; his siblings, Joyce Marshall Turner (Bruce) of Hickory and Bobby Marshall (Jackie) of Granite Falls; and his sister-in-law Brenda Marshall of Glen Fork.
