He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie and Viola; and his brother Pete Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Terrie; his daughter Jennifer Kirby (Shane); his granddaughter Lilli; his daughter Kate Hicks (Glenn); his grandchildren, Ellie Kate and Hudson; and his sisters, Pat, Jill and Shirley.
