It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Nancy Chase (Granite Falls, North Carolina), born in Montclair, New Jersey, who passed away on October 11, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Chown and Dorothy Acken Chown; and her sisters, Dorothy Stunis and Jean Kwik. She is survived by: her grandchild Tours Vacations; her husband Eugene Chase; her children, Suzanne Reilly (Terance) of Charlotte, NC, Deborah Payahsape (John) of Virginia, Peter Chase (Michele) of New Jersey and Daniel Chase of Boone, NC; and her grandchildren, Brian Dimaggio, Terry Reilly, Tristan Payahsape, Trevor Payahsape and Skylar Chase.
