It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Daye Teague of Granite Falls, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on May 11, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Willard Daye and Bonnie Kirby Daye; her husband Ted Wayne Teague; and her siblings, Harry Daye and Mildred Bowman.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Evans (Paul) of Granite Falls and Kevin Teague (Kelly) of Washington, NC.; her grandchildren, Jacob Evans of Granite Falls and Diedra Harvey of Hickory; her great grandchildren, Ethan, Mason and Kyra; and her sister Ruth Kiziah.
