She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Merlin Eckard and Ollie Mae Shook Eckard; her husband Howard Kiziah; her daughter Lori Kiziah Starnes; and her siblings, Coy Eckard, Wayne Eckard and Hilda Little.
She is survived by: her daughter Legina Walker (Will) of Granite Falls; and her nieces and nephews, Patricia Pritchard (Mike), Pam Murray, Wendy Crumpton, Stephen Eckard (Sandy), Eric Eckard, Richard Eckard (Darlene), Brian Smoker (Kathi) and Numerous.
