She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Bolick and Bertha Sigmon Bolick; her siblings, Vera Fulbright, Faye Brittian, Glen Bolick, Ray Bolick and Gerald Bolick; and her niece Janet Bolick.
She is survived by: her children, Marcus Townsend (Brenda), Patrice Walker (Reginald) and Tracy Townsend (Carrie); and her grandchildren, Sarah Townsend and Aaron Spann.
